GK1mB Australia aims to build a cadre of heroes that would dedicate 4hrs per month volunteering in their specific area(s).

Heroism has to begin with ourselves. It starts with integrity – living our lives in accordance with our faith, commitment and passion.

GK believes in the inherent heroism and nobility in everyone. It is a challenge for everyone to live as heroes for their country and their people by first seeking change and driving greatness in oneself and thereafter witnessing to inspire change and greatness in others.

Everyone is empowered to be part of a potent force of change. Unleash your hidden or creative talents and bring glad tidings to the poor!

GK1mB offers 7 areas for Volunteering in Australia. These are the programs of GK ANCOP and GK Youth Australia:

1. GKOM Australia

GKOM is the communications arm of GK in Australia. Work behind the scenes, be involved in event preparation and spread the news of GK. It involves 5 main teams which are Design, Video & Photography, Events, News Bureau and Web.

2. GK Great Adventure Tour (GATs)

Experience GK Build & Immersion through the various customised GK Great Adventure Tours including GK YGAT Philippines, GK Papua New Guinea, GK Cambodia, Bayani Challenge, SFC GAT, YFC GAT, YO!GAT and the Reverse GK GAT.

3. Partnerships

The Partneships Group informs and updates all partners of GK ANCOP and GK Youth. Through networking, presentations and training, the Partnerships Team not only builds relationships with the partners but also enhances the confidence in every GK hero. GK Institute is also now part of Partnerships so if you would like to get your High School or University/Campus to be involved in GK, please inform Partneships.

4. Advocacy Groups

As we prepare for the transition stage from Social Justice to Social Artistry, we are proud to introduce new Advocacy Groups that will be monitoring our GK Australian Villages.

5. Donor Services

Be involved in distribution and management of GK profiles, Quarterly Village Reports, logistics and much more.

6. GK1MB Administration

Be part of the GK1mB Admin Committee that involves database entry, minutes and planning of guture GK Assemblies.

7. Projects

ANCOP and GK Youth offers many other programs where you can help and participate. These include City2Surf, The  GK Concert, GK Summit, GK Ambassador, Go National! plus many more.
